Punchboard Media: New Content Creators Added to the Network!
Punchboard Media is proud to announce we've just added six new content creators to our media network. As with our existing content creators, each of these creators adds a new, unique voice and perspective to Punchboard Media, and we’re thrilled to have them contributing to our network. Read on for more about each of these new additions:
Cards or Die: A blog from Ann Jones containing incredibly erudite insights into life, board games and stuff. And nothing says erudite more than triple emphasis and the word 'stuff.' Often she reviews board games which are in the Cards or Die collection and available to try out at events — new releases, current favourites and retro games. Ann also writes about mental health from time to time (from time to time her own mental health is pants) and the challenges and joys of running your own business.
Game All Nite: The premier Late Night Board Game Talk Show from hosts Chris Whitpan and Bartender Dan. The show allows them to get to know the people from around the hobby using a tried and true Late Night Show format. They have guests from all around the industry including content creators, designers, publishers, artists, and more. When they aren't releasing an interview, they are playing games with their guests in Game Time.
GoPlayListen: A blog from designer Chris Marling, who started writing about board gaming at GoPlayListen in 2011. A writer and editor by day, by night he has since had five games published (including Pioneer Days, Armageddon, and most recently, Europe Divided) and written close to 500 blog posts, including more than 150 board game reviews.
Helena Plays Games: A blog from Helena Tzioti, a board game reviewer since 2012 and a tabletop game marketing specialist since 2014. She has been working in her local community and has organized several tabletop gaming events, aiming to make games more accessible to all players, regardless of age, sex and background.
Jambalaya Plays Games: Evolving content on the board gaming hobby from Jeremy Howard for gamers who enjoy a variety of board games. Jambalaya Plays Games includes reviews, previews and interviews, with coverage of projects from popular companies as well as smaller indie developers.
The Party Gamecast: A long-running podcast about party games, and games you take to parties. It covers not only the joys of playing party games, but also celebrates the fantastic world of party snacks with their #WhatTheFood segment. The Cast also does a live play of a game every episode in the "Party Game Clash."
Please join us in welcoming these new contributors to the Punchboard Media family! We are looking forward to their voices being a part of our network, and for them to help us carry out our mission statement of support and inclusivity in the tabletop gaming hobby.
